Coaching and therapy can feel similar, but they're not the same. Coaching is forward-looking and collaborative. We focus on where you are now and where you'd like to go, drawing on your own strengths and wisdom. Coaching and EMDR-informed sessions are supportive in nature; they are not psychotherapy, counseling, or medical treatment, and they're not a replacement for care from a licensed mental health professional. If you're in crisis or living with a significant mental health condition, therapy with a licensed clinician is the right place to start, and I'm always glad to help you find that support.

It depends on what you're moving through. Choose Trauma-Informed Coaching for guided support through a change, loss, or search for meaning. Choose Somatic EMDR to gently work with grief or distressing memories held in the body. Choose Meditation Classes for simple, practical tools in a supportive group setting. Not sure? That's completely okay! We'll find the right fit together on a free consultation call.

Mostly, we talk. Your first session is a relaxed, unhurried conversation. Think of it as a chance to share what brought you here and what you're hoping for. There's no pressure to talk about anything you're not ready to, and nothing moves faster than feels safe. By the end, you'll have a clearer sense of how we might work together and what your next steps could look like.

That's completely okay. My first priority is helping you feel a sense of safety and trust, and you're always in control of the pace. We never rush. You share only what you feel ready to share, exactly when you're ready. Sometimes simply being heard is the place we begin.

There's no fixed number, and no package you have to commit to. Some people come for a season of change and others stay longer. It depends on you, your goals, and what feels helpful. We'll go at a pace that suits you, and you're always free to decide what's right.

The first step is simple: a free 20-minute consultation. It's a low-pressure conversation to see if we're a good fit and to answer any questions you have. There’s no commitment to anything beyond that.
